1. Before replacing electrical components on the whole machine or diesel generator, be sure to turn off the power first.
2. Conductors such as copper wire should not be used in place of fuses or circuit breakers in the circuit, and fuses other than those specified should not be used.
3. Do not turn off the main power switch while the diesel generator is running or the ignition lock is in the ON position.
4. It is absolutely forbidden to use the short-circuit "spark test" method to repair the circuit system.
5. When performing welding operations on the whole machine, the following steps must be followed: For generator sets equipped with mechanical power switches, the specific operation method is to first disconnect the positive and negative power lines of the battery, then connect the positive and negative power lines together and ground them to the frame, and finally close the main power switch. After welding is completed, the initial state must be restored.
6. It is strictly prohibited to leave the whole machine in places with high-voltage lines or other strong magnetic fields.
